General presentation

As of December 2010, the Air France’s fleet operated 5 Airbus A 321 aircrafts, with no additional ones expected to arrive in the near future. These planes are used for European short and medium haul flights. This plane is a longer version of the A320 and is the largest of the A320 family.
With a length of 44.5 m (146 ft) and a wingspan of 34 m (111.5 ft), the Airbus A321-200 is capable of a cruising speed of 828 km/h/511 mph at 11,000 m/36,000 ft. Its maximum range is 5,600 km/3,500 mi, its service ceiling 12,000 m/39,000 ft, and maximum speed 871 km/h/537 mph at 11,000 m/36,000 ft.
A moveable curtain in the cabin separates the different classes. Premium Affaires refers to a short-haul business class product, with the middle seat turned into a table for extra space. Premium Eco is just Economy (Voyageur) class with an enhanced meal. You will travel at the Voyageur (Economy) class on the same seat as Premium Eco but with a simplified meal service.

I was with my brother who was seating in seat 18A.

It was the AF 1780 flight on 24th August 2013 (departing from De Gaulle Airport at 1:25 PM)

We were in Economy class.

It was good, the trip was ok even if there was some turbulences when we were flying over the Channel sea and I'd like to thank the pilots for the very smooth landing they made.

This was supposed to be a business class seat but is actually an economy window seat of three with an empty middle seat that accommodates a drinks table to be shared with the aisle seat. However, as my flight was just an hour long, I could suffer the lack of leg room especially as the cabin crew managed to serve drinks and a cold salad luncheon.
