Depending on the travel class, Icelandair offers a hand baggage allowance of one or two carry-on bags per passenger, except infants, in addition to one small personal item:

What is the checked baggage allowance on Icelandair flights?
The checked baggage allowance (the bag numbers and their weight) depends on your travel class and fare:

The maximum weight per bag is 32 kg (70 lbs). Baggage over this limit must be sent via Icelandair Cargo.
Excess Baggage
If you exceed the free baggage allowance, you will be charged for extra and/or heavy bags in addition to your baggage allowance. You can purchase up to 3 Extra Bags in advance online or via the Icelandair Service Center. Purchasing extra bags online, via the Icelandair website, is available only before check-in and if the booking is made via Icelandair Service Center and the Icelandair website. Heavy Bags must be weighed and paid for at the airport.
The following baggage fees apply at check-in, only when traveling on Icelandair flights, and Icelandair offers 20% discount on the Icelandair website and via the Icelandair Service Center:

Sports Equipment
Only golf, ski, angling, diving and hockey equipment, and weapons may be included in the baggage allowance. Other equipment may not be substituted in place of a checked bag. Bicycles can be checked in a bag or box of maximum 87 x 22 x 40 inches and 70 lbs.
