1. Is there online check-in available for Hawaiian Airlines?
Hawaiian Airlines passengers may check-in starting 24 hours in advance, but no less than 90 minutes prior to departure.
2. How do you check in with Hawaiian Airlines?
If you are holding a paper ticket, you will need to check-in with a Hawaiian Airlines agent at the airport. Web Check-In is only available to customers holding valid Hawaiian Airlines E-Tickets. Please note that Web Check-in is not available for International destinations.
3. How early should I arrive at the airport?
Recommended check-in time for flights is 90 minutes before departure for inter-island flights (but no earlier than station operating hours) and 3 hours before departure for transpacific and international flights.
Passengers required to check in baggage should do so at least 3 hours prior to scheduled departure, but must do so no less than 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure otherwise Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to refuse to accept such baggage.
All advance seat requests and reservations are subject to cancellation if you have not checked in and received a boarding pass at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled departure (one hour for international flights).
4. When do I have to be at the boarding gate?
Hawaiian Airlines recommends its passengers to be at the boarding gate at least 15 minutes before departure, if they fly on a domestic route, and 30 minutes, for international travel.
