Air Transat

Air Transat is my favorite airline. Air Transat provides professional and a little above standard to it's clients. I was however disappointed that I paid extra to have Option Plus so we could select our own seats close to a washroom but as it turned out the washroom was out of order both ways. I am not pleased about this and they should not be advertising during seat selection that the option is there if it is not or I would not have paid the extra. I would expect Air Transat to refund the difference for seat selection. The service otherwise was as expected with a professional set of Pilot and flight attendants and also to note that they were ahead of schedule not even just on time. That doesn't happen often and it was a bonus.

I find that the availability of Club Class is only available for flights on a Thursday. This is for the month of January/2019..so far. Other days of the week, Club Class service is not available because Transat is using the Boeing 737 airbuses. Oh I'm told it could change between now & the time I want to fly, but it might not either. A Thursday only for Club Class does not make any sense at all to me, & I think Transat is losing money over this. Just sayin'.
My ratings are low because I'm used to having the Club Class feature.
