Air Algérie does not offer the Unaccompanied Minor Service specifically, but you should call them to ask.

2. What is the age required for a child to qualify as an unaccompanied minor?

Air Algérie allows children who are at least 4 years old to travel alone, but all children aged under 19 need a paternal authorisation to be able to leave the Algerian territory. All the children aged between 04 and 12 years will have to present a discharge of responsibility letter from their parents to the person that will be in charge of them at arrival.
